Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damages
Gopal Sweets and Savouries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy
